Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Twilight Care Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to our residents. This role is vital in ensuring the well-being and comfort of our residents while promoting a positive living environment within our care home.

Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate records of resident progress and any changes in condition. Promote a safe and welcoming environment within the care home by adhering to health and safety regulations. Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in senior care and leadership.

Experience

Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is essential. Demonstrated ability to create and manage care plans effectively. Strong leadership skills with experience supervising staff preferred. Proficient IT skills for maintaining records and documentation. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage positively with residents and their families. A genuine passion for providing high-quality care to seniors.

Pay: 11.44-12.02 per hour
