We are looking for inspiring presenters and trainers to run virtual and in-person school training sessions for our DfE-validated Twinkl Phonics scheme. Since the scheme achieved validation in December 2021, we have seen a large increase in requests from schools for full and half-day training sessions across the country and we are needing to recruit more trainers to work with our Twinkl Phonics product team to deliver these sessions around the country.

With experience in presenting to teaching professionals, you will be confident, charismatic and able to inspire the room whilst delivering key messages and sharing the benefits of the Twinkl Phonics scheme so that schools feel confident to embed the scheme as their whole-school approach. You will have demonstrated excellent phonics practice in your own classroom and have experience teaching from an SSP programme - this can be from any recognised scheme, we can train you in Twinkl Phonics. As training will sometimes take place after school, you need to be flexible and able to travel to schools up to 90 minutes away from your home.

This role includes delivering in-person training to primary schools which may involve overnight hotel stays, including Sundays. Travel expenses will be reimbursed (45p per mile if driving) and travelling time is counted as working hours.

We are currently only accepting applications for people looking for full time work.

When not training in person, other elements of the role will include: recording short \'teaching tips\' that could be used on social media, creating content for the Twinkl Phonics YouTube channel, creating content modelling Twinkl Phonics best practices for our online learning platform, creating training videos for other resource collections at Twinkl, answering questions on Twinkl Phonics in our Facebook groups or from customers through Twinkl Cares, and working closely with a select number of schools who will be allocated to you.
