Seven Asset are seeking to appoint a Tyre Administrator to join our busy Operations team.

Responsibilities and duties:



To input and update the system with costs received making sure that the company stays within budgets that have been set. Keep the systems up to date with tyre movements to enable us to closely monitor usage. To deal with incoming calls relating to tyre breakdowns in a timely and professional manner. To keep the tyre manager and operations manager informed of all customer and fleet tyre issues as soon as possible. Ensure Tyre Tread Readings are kept up to date for internal audit and accounting purposes. Make sure that customers are aware of recharges as soon as possible. Raise SMR and Breakdowns with all relevant information required. Check fleet inspections and add to tracker. Manage fleet work and send to service agents to book then monitor. Review Bridgestone call centre charges and change when necessary. Process all tyre job cards. Monitor tyre emails Manage all queries and ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner any over 30 days to be escalated Manage COP's and ensure they are utilised. Closely manage service suppliers to check following all SLA's Any other duties as required

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
