Fleetline Tyre Services
is a fast-growing commercial tyre business supporting HGV, trailer, and LCV fleets across the region. We're looking for a calm, organised person to be the first point of contact for inbound breakdowns and day-to-day admin.
What you'll do
Handle inbound calls
from fleet customers, networks and drivers for
roadside tyre breakdowns
during office hours.
Triage and log jobs
accurately (location, VRM/asset ID, tyre size/position, issue, PO details).
Dispatch & coordinate
mobile fitters and workshop slots; track ETAs, SLAs and job progress.
Customer updates & aftercare:
confirm arrivals/completion, capture signatures/photos as needed.
Portal & system admin:
raise jobs in the operations software, file paperwork.
General admin:
invoicing support, purchase orders, stock/parts requests, data entry, scanning and filing.
Handover
active jobs to the out-of-hours provider at end of day.
What you'll bring
Clear, confident
telephone manner
; able to stay calm under pressure.
Strong
organisation & attention to detail
; accurate data entry and follow-through.
Comfortable with
Outlook/Email, Excel, and job-sheet/CRM systems
.
Good grasp of
UK geography
and basic route planning/ETA awareness.
Experience in
tyres, breakdown, recovery or transport/logistics
is advantageous
Team player with a proactive, helpful attitude.
