Summary

We are seeking a Tyre Technician to join our team at L&W Contractors. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of tyres on various vehicles and equipment. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our operational efficiency and service quality.

Responsibilities

Install and repair tyres on a variety of vehicles and machinery. Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure tire safety and performance. Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for tire servicing tasks. Assist in heavy lifting and moving of vehicles as required. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols. Communicate with team members regarding equipment needs and service updates.

Requirements

Proven experience as a tyre technician or in a similar mechanical role. Minimum 1 year experience as a Commercial Tyre Technician or similar Carry out fleet inspections and service work. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using power and hand tools. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Pay: 28,000.00-33,000.00 per year
