Job Description

Due to continued growth in the retail, wholesale and websales sector and internal promotions we have created a new sales advisor role at our busy Lillyhall depot.

You will be the first point of contact for customers who visit the depot helping to provide a helpful, comfortable and friendly atmosphere for our customers, the role is highly demanding but highly rewarding if your passionate about the customer journey and helping to meet that customers need

You will be working in a busy environment so the role can be physically demanding.

Job roll includes

Retail/Service front counter sales, familiarize yourself with our customer's and provide expert proactive advice of the customers vehicle needs whilst maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Answering/Making phone calls to/from retail, Wholesale and Fleet customers and being capable of dealing with customers' needs effectively and efficiently without needing to pass the call over.

Wholesale Tyre sales

Tyre/Mechanical sales

Stock replenishment

Stock auditing

Assist with online portals inputting data and closing jobs down.

General Admin- ledgering/ginning/filing

Assist with day-to-day banking.

Depot opening/closing

Assist the General manager and assistant manager with the day-to-day roles that are required in the running of the Centre.

Experience in the fast fit motor trade would be beneficial but full training will be given to the right candidate.

Driving license essential for this role.

Monday to Saturday working period.
