We're Hiring: Front of House / Tyre & Service Advisor / Manager

York Tyre Sales - Family Run Tyre & Fast Fit Specialists

As part of our continued growth and investment in our already successful team, York Tyres Sales is looking to welcome a Tyre & Service Advisor/Manager to join our family-run business.

This is a key, customer-facing role where you'll be trusted to look after customers from first contact through to completion, while supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop. If you're organised, confident with people and take pride in good service, this could be a great fit for you.

About the Role

You'll be one of the main points of contact for customers and an important link between customers, technicians and suppliers.

Your responsibilities will include:

Welcoming customers in person and over the phone in a friendly, professional manner Booking in work and managing the daily diary Preparing clear and accurate quotes for tyres, parts and services Working closely with our suppliers to source parts and tyres, building and maintaining strong working relationships Liaising with the workshop team to keep jobs running smoothly Keeping customers informed and managing expectations clearly Handling invoices, payments and general front-of-house administration Helping keep the reception area organised and professional

What We're Looking For

Experience in a garage, tyre sales, tyre centre or parts environment would be an advantage, but it's not essential. The right attitude and approach are far more important.

We're looking for someone who:

?Delivers excellent customer service and communicates clearly

?Is well organised and comfortable handling multiple tasks

?Has confidence preparing quotes and speaking with customers

?Understands the importance of strong working relationships

?Remains calm and professional in a busy environment

?Enjoys being part of a close-knit, supportive team

Full training will be provided on our systems, products and processes.
