This is a part time

Cleaning role

with

Godfrey Group Facilities,

for 3 Adra Housing Association sites.

The roles includes 5 hours per week at 12.75 per hour.

There may be opportunity for additional working hours to provide relief cleaning.

You will work every Monday and Friday, Thursday (every 2 weeks). This will include cleaning communal areas in Housing Association Buildings. There are 2 sites that must be cleaned weekly and 1 site that must be cleaned every 2 weeks. All sites are local and within walking distance to each other in Tywyn.

Ideally you will live local to Tywyn.

You will accrue holidays based on hours worked.

You will need an approved DBS for this role, we are happy to apply for this for you if you are successful.

Duties

- Perform commercial cleaning tasks in various settings for Adra, a housing association. Sites vary from offices to communal areas in sheltered housing.
- Follow cleaning schedules and ensure all assigned areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard
- Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and replenishing supplies
- Cleaning windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Operating cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners
- Adhering to safety guidelines and using cleaning chemicals properly

Skills

- Experience in commercial cleaning is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Knowledge of different cleaning techniques and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to cleaning protocols
