OVERALL SUMMARY




Join TrinityBridge Change Management Team where you will contribute to the delivery of the strategic objectives of TrinityBridge through the provision of testing and quality assurance processes.


This programme is seeking to replace our HR, Finance and Payroll applications moving to a more modern, likely SaaS based, set of providers & business processes. The role will work with the existing programme team (programme manager, project managers, business analysts and business SMEs) as well as 3rd party product delivery partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Prepare and maintaining test strategies & plans Estimate the test effort required and quantify the elapsed effort on test deliverables & phases Engage with the business analysis team to ensure all requirements can translate to testable statements and are traceable through testing and sign off Prepare and execute manual test scripts for test phases such as System Testing, Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression testing Creation and execution of automated test scripts Identify areas of testing that can be automated Execute continuous testing and upgrades Complete traceability of requirements to test cases and issue management Liaise with suppliers, teams and team leaders Provide feedback to the development teams via a structured defect management process

Regulatory responsibilities Compliance/T&C



Ability to demonstrate an understanding of the regulatory framework relevant to the role, whilst practising effective risk management taking account of outcomes for clients. Understand, follow and demonstrate compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business. Follow principles and rules of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and the internal requirements set out in the Compliance Manual, local and Group Compliance and Risk policies.

Prior experience in professional business change Testing/QA within the Wealth industry is preferable In depth understanding structured test methods and processes Proficient in manual testing Being analytical and effective Resolving problems in a timely manner Paying attention to details Managing time and people Teamwork and collaboration Preparing concise documentation Being articulate and communicating effectively Planning and prioritizing workload An understanding and working experience of test automation tools is highly desirable An understanding of HTTP / REST / Web Services / API Previous experience and knowledge of Portfolio Management Systems is highly desirable An understanding of and basic SQL writing is required Previous experience managing data migration testing is required Candidate should be qualified to the ISEB foundation level in software testing
