What You'll Be Doing

As a UAV Pilot at Evolve Dynamics, you'll play a key role in:

Conducting flight tests for validation and verification Delivering customer training sessions, on UAV operation and safety, within the UK and abroad. Showcasing our products through live demonstrations to clients and stakeholders Supporting trials and operational flights in line with CAA regulations Assisting with UAV build, maintenance, fault finding, and repair
What We're Looking ForEssential Qualifications

CAA General Visual Line of Sight Certificate (GVC) CAA A2 Certificate of Competency (A2 CofC) (Bonus) EASA GVC or equivalent recognised certification Full Driving Licence
Technical Skills & Experience

Hands-on experience with CubePilot and PX4 flight controllers Proven ability to fly a range of platforms: Sub-250g quadcopters UAVs up to 25kg MTOM Tethered and untethered systems
Desirable Attributes

Strong understanding of aviation safety and regulatory compliance Excellent communication and client-facing skills Flexibility to travel for field operations, demos, and trials A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a love for innovation
