About the role

Please note this is a fixed-term role until 31/01/2027.



As the UCL200 Team Coordinator you will support the UCL200 Programme Team by providing day-to-day administrative and logistical support to help ensure the successful delivery of all activities and events related to UCL200. You will provide specific support to the UCL200 Programme Director and Project Manager, successfully manage the UCL200 inbox, supporting with programme coordination, and serve as a point of contact between the UCL200 Programme Team and both internal and external partners.



This will be a unique, fast paced and highly engaging role working across the entirety of UCL. It provides the opportunity to play a vital role on a challenging, but exceptionally rewarding project.

About you

We are looking for a proactive, highly organised, and efficient Team Coordinator who is a strong communicator, and has an ability to bring together a diverse group of people and a variety of activities to deliver a year-long programme of outstanding activities and events marking UCL's Bicentennial milestone.



This role will require passion and enthusiasm for celebrating UCL's 200th Anniversary collectively and collaboratively. The Team Coordinator should have experience working collaboratively within a team to provide high-quality administrative and project support, as well as events co-ordination. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating successful communications, liaising with a range of stakeholders and supporting the delivery of a variety of activities across the UCL200 programme.
