The Role:
We are looking for an organised, confident and proactive uGroup administrator to support within our office team. This role is a vital point of contact for parents, schools, and staff across all three companies. You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our daily operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about providing excellent service and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You'll be joining a small, dedicated team and will have a direct impact on the experiences of the children and families we work with.
Key Responsibilities:
Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls and emails, providing clear, confident, and friendly support to parents, school partners, and staff.
Customer Service: Address parent inquiries regarding bookings, payments, and general information, always embodying our core value of Putting You First.
Administrative Support: Manage all administrative tasks for uSports, uKids, and uReach, including data entry, file management, and maintaining accurate records using various software systems.
Booking Management: Process and manage bookings for all camps, clubs, and Alternative Provision sessions, ensuring all details are correctly logged.
System and Software Use: Become proficient in all company software and platforms, including booking systems, communication tools, and databases.
Team Support: Provide administrative support to the management and coaching teams as needed, helping to coordinate schedules and resources.
Problem-Solving: Proactively handle and resolve issues with a calm and positive approach, demonstrating a helpful and kind person mentality.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 19,500.00 per year
