Position Summary



We are seeking a talented and creative

UI/UX Designer

to help shape the user experience of our cutting-edge digital twin solutions. This is a key role for a professional who is passionate about creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces. You will be responsible for the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to creating high-fidelity prototypes and collaborating with our engineering team to bring your designs to life. The ideal candidate will be a user advocate, ensuring our products are not only powerful but also a joy to use.

Key Responsibilities



User Research & Strategy:

Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Translate research findings into actionable insights that inform design decisions. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to outline the user flow and product structure.

UI/UX Design:

Design and create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive interfaces for our web and mobile applications. Ensure the visual design is clean, modern, and aligned with the Holotwins brand identity. Create and maintain a design system, including style guides, components, and design patterns, to ensure consistency across all products.

Collaboration & Implementation:

Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define requirements and deliver a cohesive user experience. Present and articulate design concepts, rationale, and solutions to stakeholders. Provide detailed design specifications and assets to the engineering team and support them through the development process.

Iteration & Improvement:

Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate on designs and continuously improve the user experience. Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects. Proven experience with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD). Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability best practices. Experience designing for complex applications or enterprise software is a significant plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills. The ability to take a project from concept to completion, with an eye for detail and a focus on the user.
