As UK Brand Activation Manager you will lead the activation of the brand across the UK market. The role focuses on delivering impactful brand building activations and creating community driven concepts that bring Peak Performance closer to our consumers. Working as part of the Brand Marketing team, you will drive cultural relevance in key cities, strengthen connections with local communities, and ensure our global brand direction comes to life in an authentic way for the UK market.
At Peak Performance you'll be working in a dynamic and global organization, where teamwork and passion are key factors for our success. The position is based in London and will report to Head of Global Brand Activation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the regional holistic brand marketing and key city plan
Lead the implementation of all product and brand campaigns in the region (in store product campaigns and events, PR, communications, influencer marketing, wholesale marketing)
Collaborate with the global paid media manager to ensure alignment on the regional paid media plan
Collaborate with the global social media manager to ensure relevant content for the local market
Lead the briefing of local agencies (PR, events, influencer marketing, in store) according to global strategy and guidelines and act as main point of contact on an operational level
Ensure campaigns are executed within budget, to the highest standard, and in accordance with global brand direction and local business priorities
Work closely with the global marketing team in the NPD process to ensure regional needs are met
Own the regional brand activation budget
Job Requirements:
+5 years of experience from marketing roles in international DTC lead brands in the sporting goods or outdoor industries
Strong communication skills to collaborate across all brand functions and execute global strategy locally
Proven ability to work 360 across trade marketing, consumer brand building, and activations
A genuine passion for the mountains, outdoors, and active lifestyle culture
Strong commercial mindset with experience in budget planning and ROI delivery
Creative storyteller with the ability to connect brand purpose to consumer experiences
Results driven, with a track record of building brand heat and community engagement
Highly organized, able to balance multiple projects and stakeholders at once
