The Job Responsibilities
Purpose of Function
Customer Returns Operator
Taking all submitted UK Customer Returns (Safety & Medical) received by Draeger through to completion both within appropriate system and in relation to product disposition.
Demonstration Stock Operator
Facilitation of products issued to customers in relation to Demonstration / Evaluation Stock with the view of ensuring the product supplied is in a suitable condition and meets all requirements requested.
Tasks and Responsibilities
All employees have a responsibility to comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS) and minimise any impact on the environment whilst carrying out their duties.
Customer Returns
Carry out inspection working to a set criteria / framework on Customer Returns in relation to decision on equipment i.e., Rebooking to stock, reworked to resalable condition, reapportioned within the business or disposal.
Complete relevant system transactions required for a Customer Return request to occur and link the return to source order for traceability including all required information i.e., Serial Number, Batch etc. where applicable
Complete relevant system transactions required following submission of a Customer Return transaction in SAP including but not limited to the credit of a customer's account (where applicable) and stock location movement
Ensure the Returns Area is kept in an appropriate condition in respect of customer Returns pending completion
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that product returned is fit for resale, reworked to resalable condition, reapportioned within the business, or disposed of
Where product is suitable liaise with stakeholders to ensure product is booked back to stock
Demonstration Stock Controller
Responsible for ensuring assignment (and maintenance of the status) of devices dispatched within the relevant system to the valid customer or Draeger colleague for traceability of each asset.
Working with stakeholders ensuring the accurate creation of Manual dispatch notes in relation to Demonstration Stock
Working with required stakeholders ensuring that the product supplied meets all specifications and requirements stated within the request
General stock room duties within the Demonstration Area including but not limited to moving items for despatch to the relevant service workshop(s) and departments (shipping etc), stock put away of returned demonstration stock etc
Ensure the Demonstration location is kept in an appropriate condition in respect of customer requests pending despatch, storage of product i.e., charging where applicable etc whilst ensuring the area is clean and tidy and meets all H&S criteria (no trip hazards, waste etc)
Liaise with stakeholders to ensure that product returned is fit for resale, reworked to resalable condition, reapportioned within the business, or disposed of
On a regular agreed basis complete a full stock inventory inspection within the area to ensure database and physical location accurately reflect each other
Maintaining records of consumable products available to support the facilitation of Demonstration / Evaluation and Boot Stock Requests
Additional Roles
Undergo necessary training in order to fulfil all duties
Establish the reason for the return by liaising with the customer and/or other stakeholders. (Root cause investigation)
Support on product re-work in relation to tasks such as re-labelling and reboxing of product
Develop knowledge of SAP transactions to assist with improving the returns and demonstration stock processes.

Your Qualifications
Position Requirements
Education
Educated to Secondary Education level or equivalent commercial experience
Related Experience
Administration experiance
Customer Service experience
Warehouse / Stockroom experience
Skills, Special Competencies, or Certifications
Ability to communicate at all levels
Polite and friendly manner
Good organisational skills
IT literate
+ Good customer service skills
Manual Handling and Dangerous Goods Handling
