We are recruiting for a UK Customer Service Coordinator to join our friendly team, reporting to Head of Customer Services.
Role and responsibilities
Effectively communicating with customers in a professional and friendly manner, building strong relationships
Responding to sales queries and price enquiries via phone and e-mail
Providing sales support to our UK Business Development Management team
Processing and scheduling of customer orders and ordering additional items required
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Preparation of basic quotations and follow up
Updating our Company's database
Generating paperwork for production requests and delivery notes
Making follow-up calls and emails
Follow up delivery schedules, identifying products required by the customer and ensuring queries are dealt with in a proactive and timely manner
Follow up quotations

Skills, Experience and Person Specification
You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident telephone manner
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Customer service experience is desirable
