Job Description

Salary: 35,650 - 41,763 per annum
We are looking for a UKGSF Coordinator to assist with the planning, management and delivery of the Promoting UK Screen strand of the UK Global Screen Fund (UKGSF) and the 'ScreenUK' brand and promotional campaign, including support in the delivery of ScreenUK Industry, as required. This includes providing project management and communication support, coordinating meetings and any relevant application and/or tender processes.
Key responsibilities include:

• Assist the Head of ScreenUK in delivering and overseeing the ScreenUK promotional campaign via strategic marketing and PR.

• Working with the Head of ScreenUK, external agencies and freelance editorial staff on ScreenUK undertaking regular content planning and editorial commissions to ensure ScreenUK content is high quality, relevant and appeals to target audiences.

• Managing and maintaining the ScreenUK website content, CMS and newsletters, undertaking regular and timely updates.

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Substantial previous experience in event and project management.

• Experience in communications, marketing and PR, with respect to industry and/or consumer brand management, promotional materials and asset generation.

• A demonstrable and keen interest and understanding of the screen sectors.

• Excellent administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and to manage and meet deadlines.
