About the Job





Are you passionate about people, projects, and making a positive impact? We are seeking an HR Business Partner / Project Manager to join our team and play a key role in delivering HR services across the UK, while also contributing to global initiatives. This is a dynamic position that covers the full employee lifecycle and involves project management responsibilities in areas such as Talent Development, Recruitment, Job Architecture, Engagement, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI).

What You'll Do



Project Management & Strategic Initiatives:

+ Support the planning, coordination, and management of activities to deliver global HR projects aligned with our strategic goals (e.g., Talent Management, Engagement, DE&I).
+ Track project milestones, manage timelines, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle:

+ Provide operational HR support across the UK, including recruitment coordination, candidate experience, sponsorship and international assignment administration, employee relations casework, GDPR compliance, and benefits administration.
+ Maintain accurate HR data and documentation in line with internal policies and legal requirements.

Regional HR Business Partnering:

+ Act as a regional HR Business Partner, supporting site-based HRBPs with casework, employee relations, training and development, and sharing best practices to ensure consistency across sites.

About the Ideal Candidate



Education:

+ Diploma (or equivalent) in human resources, business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
+ CIPD qualification and/or Project Management certification are desirable but not essential.

Experience:

+ Proven experience in HR business partnering, generalist HR, or project management roles.
+ Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
+ Experience supporting or managing HR projects, ideally in a global or matrixed environment.

Skills & Competencies:

+ Excellent organisational and communication skills.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
+ Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
+ Familiarity with UK employment law and GDPR requirements.
