Responsible for safe, efficient and quality mobilization of assets to customers location. Leading a mobilization and certification team to plan and organize resources to ensure on-time delivery of equipment and consumables presented within the mobilization list. This is an office based role with site and client interaction as required. Travel between bases may be required from time to time
As a Mobilization Leader, you will be:
Responsible for compliance to the mobilization / demobilization process flow
Responsible for compliance to the PPS P&M AMO Procedure
Responsible Long, mid and short-range planning of equipment resources
Maintain strong working relationship with Supply chain and Logistics
Ensure Maximo planning is updated to track outwards equipment
Ensure Equipment is all returned, accounted for and logged in
Maintain Consumable register (Example Hose, cross overs, fittings)
Responsible for the prompt off hire of rental items
Support UK AMO & Equipment Planning Leader in the development of annual consumable budgets
Responsible for having segregation of duties adhered to.
Responsible for the efficient control of perishable consumables (Ln2)
Responsible person for the Instrumentation vendor
Attend Operational Huddles and weekly meetings
Provide point to point support to Offshore supervision during mobilization, execution and demobilization
Provide support to Account Project Managers and Order to Cash team during commercial closeout
Ensure projects are provided with contractual requirements
Liaise with other local and regional Coordinators and planners for optimum utilization of equipment to the benefit of the business
Direct cover for the UK AMO & Equipment Planning Leader
Support HSE, Quality and Compliance culture through the UK
Drive continual improvement within the AMO team (efficiency gains, personnel growth, utilization growth, procedural/Process changes)
Perform other assigned duties as required
Mentor your reports and key personnel with one-to-one sessions and career plans through Performance Development (PD)
Participate within the on-call Rota

To be successful in this role you will:
Industry experience is considered as a minimum
Relevant AMO Industry experience is an advantage
Knowledge or use of Maximo program is an advantage
Good computer skills (MS Office, Maximo)
Strong interpersonal skills are essential
Must be an excellent communicator
Must have exemplary record keeping and an eye for detail
Must be a self-starter who is capable of working with little supervision
Excellent safety attitude is a must. Must participate in all Company safety programs and adhere to all policies
