UK Operations Manager - Premium Wellness Brand (Remote / UK-Based)
We are a growing wellness brand originally founded in Australia, bringing high-quality saunas to homes across the UK. As we expand in this market, we're looking for a highly proactive and organised UK Operations Manager to lead and coordinate all of our UK operations. This is a broad, autonomous role that involves everything from customer service and logistics to recruitment, sales support, and liaising with our Australian HQ.You'll be the key bridge between the UK and Australia, so strong communication and the ability to manage independently are essential. What You'll Be Doing:
Oversee all UK operations and day-to-day management
Liaise with the Australian HQ to ensure alignment, share updates, and streamline communication
Coordinate logistics and freight - including container scheduling and delivery planning

Manage customer experience from first contact through to installation and beyond
Hire and manage new UK staff (primarily technicians), including schedules and timesheets
Ensure compliance with UK laws and logistics regulations
Write weekly operational recaps for leadership
Continuously seek and implement improvements to optimise UK operations
Help manage our UK social media
Use tools including Slack, Asana, Dialpad, WhatsApp, Zapier, Pipedrive, ChatGPT, and Xero
Who You Are:
A confident, self-directed operations or logistics professional
Extremely organised and able to juggle multiple priorities without constant supervision
Strong communicator - comfortable working remotely and across time zones
Detail-oriented and great at identifying where systems/processes can improve
Naturally proactive - you don't just wait for instructions, you take initiative
Very happy working solo, but collaborative when needed
The Details:
Location:
Remote (UK-based, with occasional travel)

Full-time, flexible hours across Monday - Sunday (customer availability required)
Why This Role Matters:
You'll be the go-to person for the entire UK branch - leading operations, growing the team, and keeping things running smoothly. While you'll have contact from HQ, this is a very independent role where you'll be expected to own your area and help shape how the brand scales in the UK.
