About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Buyer to join our dynamic team within the UK automotive industry. As a key player in launching and scaling our brand, you will collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and creative teams to deliver high-impact paid media campaigns. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our media strategy from the ground up and to influence how our vehicles are perceived across the UK market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in paid media buying or digital marketing, ideally within the automotive or technology sectors. Strong analytical skills and a passion for performance marketing. Proficient with industry-standard ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DSPs, etc.) and analytics tools. Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment and adapt to evolving market needs.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute efficient and effective paid media campaigns across all major channels (display, search, social, video, and emerging platforms). Work closely with external agencies and media partners to negotiate, buy, and optimize media placements that maximize ROI and align with brand objectives. Utilise data-driven insights to build media strategies, continuously analysing campaign performance and adjusting tactics to ensure optimal results. Enable relevant audience targeting to achieve both broad awareness and qualified lead generation objectives. Oversee the management of media budgets, ensuring cost efficiencies and value-driven investments. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with media buying partners, digital media platforms, and publishers. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and best practices to inform campaign strategies and identify new opportunities. Collaborate with internal teams to align media activity with overall marketing and product launch plans. Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, presenting insights, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to key stakeholders.
