Within our Sales team dedicated to the Airbus World, we are seeking a Sales Manager to oversee strategic client relationships customers alike Airbus UK, SPIRIT and other UK Airframe customer accounts.
SUMMARY:
The Sales Specialist ensures the quality of service to the customer(s) by:
- maintaining a trusted relationship,
- ensuring the development of new opportunities,
- managing commercial negotiations in coordination with internal teams (industrial sites, marketing, supply chain, methods & industrialization
- managing customer's request in order to give the best possible information to the factories
The Sales Manager also participates in cross-departmental topics: project manager (customer projects, contract Phase In/Out, Product growth support), participates in LEAP topics (continuous improvement, PSM, etc.)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
According to the portfolio of activities and customers:
Manage and develop strategic customer relationships with Airbus Atlantique and Airbus Canada.
Maintain and grow the client portfolio by building trust and identifying new business opportunities.
Support the definition and achievement of the sales budget for your scope.
Lead contract negotiations in close collaboration with sales, marketing, and manufacturing teams.
Ensure internal conditions are met to deliver projects on time, particularly those in qualification phases.
Collaborate closely with Customer Service teams to optimize client satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints, objections, and operational issues proactively.
Report regularly on sales activities to management and production sites.
Conduct market monitoring and intelligence gathering to share relevant customer and industry insights.
