Sales Manager - East England (Remote)

Basic to 70,000 Bonus to 20% Car allowance - 500 per month

About the Role



As the Sales Manager for Eastern England, you'll be the face of this business in your territory. You'll engage with existing and new customers, identify their needs, and facilitate solutions that drive mutual success. This isn't just order-taking - you'll be developing strategies, preparing compelling bids, and building lasting partnerships that exceed sales targets.



What You'll Bring

Experience: 3 - 5 years in a related industry - composite piping, thermoplastics, engineered polymers, fibres, speciality additives etc. Skills: Excellent communication, organizational abilities, and comfort working under multiple deadlines Technical aptitude: Familiarity with Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, analytical, and relationship-focused

Win new projects and develop existing customer relationships Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions Prepare accurate evaluations and strategic bids Monitor market trends and competitive landscape Generate sales forecasts and progress reports Represent the company at industry events and trade shows
