The Role
Win and develop new recurring revenue contracts across water hygiene and legionella compliance
Work with high-profile clients across healthcare, education, FM, and commercial property
Get involved in tenders, frameworks, and key account development
Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities
Sole contributor role initially, with genuine scope to build and lead a sales team as the business grows
The Package
Basic salary: 50,000 - 65,000 DOE
Car allowance: 450 p/m
Commission: Uncapped - realistic OTE 80k+ with no ceiling

The Ideal Candidate
Proven experience selling water hygiene contracts (ACoP L8, HTM 04-01, HSG274)
Strong sector network in FM, healthcare, education, or commercial property
Ambitious, self-motivated, and motivated by uncapped rewards
Equally confident winning new business and managing tenders/frameworks
