UK Sales Manager \xe2\x80\x93 Crumlin (Job Ref: 23N/MANA)
Randox is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Manager who will contribute to the company\xe2\x80\x99s overall growth and profitability by developing relationships with new and existing customers through providing a high level of support and service as a salesperson, with exceptional technical knowledge.
The Role:
- Adherence to the Randox Sales Process.
- The setting up and manning of exhibitions.
- Direct selling of Randox products to end-users and distributors.
- Management of key accounts.
- Market research into the potential business opportunities for new and current Randox product lines.
- The development of Randox product knowledge by attending training programmes.
- Adherence to company Positive Work Environment Policies, health and safety procedures, and the maintenance of a safe working environment.
- Monitoring and updating of the CRM system.
- Strong business accumen
- Ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong analytical and research skills relating to problem solving and sales analysis
- Qualified to degree level.
- Excellent leadership skills with a degree of self-motivation.
- High degree of self-motivation.
- Ability to act on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Proficiency in all Microsoft applications \xe2\x80\x93 Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
