Job Purpose
Astound Digital is looking for a top-class Sales Operations Associate looking to take an already successful business to the next level. This role is an integral part of one of the fastest growing Ecommerce and Experience Agencies in the world and will be a part of the team who have successfully delivered for over 400 brands globally. The opportunity is huge, and culture supports growth, fun, and success.
In this job you'll get to:
Responsible for the project management for Opportunities within our Sales and Customer pipeline
Manage the creation of offers and pull in relevant subject matter experts to contribute content to a value based selling proposition
Ensure that all important information is entered in the relevant Systems timely and accurately
Support contract creation, administration and accompany the negotiations
Assist Sales and Client Success with customer communications
Take over necessary admin work in connection with the clients
Your skills and qualifications:
2+ years of total work experience
Business savvy and experience a plus
Experience working with international teams a plus
Quick-wittedness and a self-confidence are part of your style
Proactive, solution-oriented way of working with high demands on the work results
Digitalization and e-commerce are more than buzzwords for you
This role is on a hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in our London office
