Role Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity for a
VP Corporate Finance
to join our team in London. Reporting to the CFO, the VP Corporate Finance is responsible for driving value creation in the PE backed business. Key responsibilities include FP&A, M&A and Treasury.

Location: London, Lloyds Avenue (Hybrid)

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Leadership
Ensure business partnering and value focussing approach of the teams.
Preparation of PE Exit.
Drives strategic Projects to successful completion.
Leads the global M&A process.
M&A
Leads merger and acquisition transactions through cross-functional due diligence activities.
FP&A
Guide the business and its leadership with insights on business performance.
Lead forecasting and budgeting process with clear focus on actions and deliverables driving results.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly management reporting including finance, operational and commercial KPI.
Treasury
Lead through transformation of treasury function.
FX management (hedging and income).
Liquidity management.
Debt and lender management.
Treasury operations (fee optimisation, payments, bank guarantees).
Who You Are:
10 years experience in Corporate Finance, ideally in a PE backed business within a fast-paced, highly competitive, and dynamic environment.
Strong benefit of having led through PE backed EXIT process.
Leading Finance role in an international business with exposure to multiple currencies.
Cash Management and forecasting experience in an international business.
In-depth operational and valuation financial modelling experience.
Effective decisions made through the analysis of information and proficient deal analysis, negotiation and execution.
Excellent communication skills, both in written and verbal form, are an essential for clarity of communications with internal / external stakeholders.
Demonstrable success driving value in a global and matrix environment.
Strong collaborative capacity with external and prospective business leadership.
Ability to balance priorities with focus on impact on business and time criticality.
A self-starter; happy to pitch into the day-to-day where necessary.
Have an ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects and meet aggressive deadlines and have an ability to remain calm in uncertain and stressful times.
Related degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics or any other related strategy and M&A field.
A systematic approach to work maintaining accountability plans and demonstrations of success.
Highly proficient in the use of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, necessary for the creation of visually and verbally engaging reports and presentations for the business's executives, stakeholders, and collaborating personnel.
