The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the warehouse facility. This role ensures efficient workflow, team coordination, and adherence to safety and quality standards. The supervisor will lead a team of warehouse professionals, fostering a collaborative and performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and assign daily tasks to warehouse team members to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommend improvements to enhance warehouse performance. Maintain and optimize processes for the movement of goods through the facility. Evaluate and improve warehouse workflows through strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet operational goals effectively. Support team development through performance management, coaching, and career growth opportunities. Review operational metrics such as mis-picks and productivity reports, and take corrective actions as needed. Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Customer Care, Technical Support, and Engineering to ensure smooth material flow. Promote and enforce workplace safety policies and practices. Support inventory accuracy through participation in cycle count programs. Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations. Complete additional projects and reporting as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse operations within distribution, manufacturing, or 3PL environments. Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse setting. Forklift certification required; must be qualified to train operators on-site. Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). Experience with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus. Familiarity with ISO 13485 standards is a plus. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to interpret written and verbal instructions and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
