Part-time hours: 1 training session and 1 match per week

20 - 25 per session/match and match depending on qualifications and experience
The Heatons JFC are looking for an experienced football coach to support the development of the 2 under 10s football squads. The successful candidate will work alongside an UEFA B License football coach who is currently working within a local professional football club academy.
All administration and team organisation will be completed by the club secretary.
The role:
Plan and deliver coaching sessions in an age-appropriate manner in relation to the club philosophy
Create and deliver age appropriate matchday experiences
Develop individuals within a team environment through supporting players with their individual learning plans
Develop game plans for matchdays to support player development
Ensure player welfare is always the primary consideration
Work with the lead coach to ensure all age group equipment is fit for use at all times
Arrive at the relevant facility at least 15 minutes prior to training sessions
Arrive at least 30 minutes before kick-off time
Role model and ensure positive and professional behaviours, ensuring honesty and integrity when working with young players at the Club. This includes being presentable, smart and personable at all times when representing the Club
Ensure you contribute to providing a safe environment, demonstrating safe working practices and follow safeguarding policies and procedures, reporting concerns when necessary
The essentials:
At least 2 years experience of working with players aged 8-12 within a grassroots and or professional football club academy environment
UEFA C license or higher
FA Safeguarding qualification
FA First Aid in Football qualification
Enhanced DBS Clearance
