Lead With Purpose

In this role, you'll lead a team of up to 10 staff and manage an Under 2's provision split into two age- and stage-appropriate rooms, caring for up to 30 children. You will report directly to the Nursery Manager and play a vital role in creating a calm, nurturing, and high-quality environment for babies and young toddlers.

What You'll Be Doing

Creating a safe, calm, and loving environment for babies to thrive and explore Leading a small team in the Under 2's room, offering support, inspiration, and guidance Managing two dedicated rooms tailored for different stages within the 0-2 age group Building strong, trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues Working collaboratively with the nursery leadership and operations support team to maintain the highest standards of care Bringing energy, empathy, and a reflective mindset to your everyday practice

You're likely a great fit if you:

Have experience leading in an early years setting (especially with under 2s) Hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or higher) Love supporting children's development through nurturing, play-based practice Want to make a real impact in a setting that values you as much as the children
