Job Description
We are looking to employee a dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join our team to providing high-quality care and education to young children.
The role involves working in a busy nursery setting, supporting children's development and well-being and being proactive in your role.
Our baby room has expanded due to the government roll out of free hours and we are looking for that special person to be apart of our team of dedicated hard working practitioners.
Our nursery children are of the upmost importance to us and deserve to be cared for by like minded qualified practitioners.
Duties
- Implementing engaging activities to support children's learning and development
- Communicating effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Managing the daily routine within the nursery
- Providing a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Enhance children's experiences and time at nursery.
Skills
- Experience working with children in a nursery or similar setting
- Strong communication skills in English
- Knowledge of early education and Ofsted requirements.
- qualities to guide and support children and their parents
- communication to professional bodies.
Qualified Early Years practitioner to a level 3 or above.
Two references are required for this post.
We take safeguarding of our children and team seriously and will check on candidates references.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 11.50-13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38 per week
