About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and dependable individual to join our growing team as an

Underfloor Heating Installer (Trainee)

. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work and wants to build a long-term career in the construction and heating industry.

You will work alongside experienced installers on projects across

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland

, fitting high-quality underfloor heating systems in both residential and commercial settings. All training will be provided, and you will gain valuable on-site experience with opportunities to progress within the company.

This role involves travel to sites throughout the island of Ireland, with occasional overnight stays when required.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the installation of underfloor heating systems in homes and commercial buildings Learn to read and understand basic layout drawings and installation plans Safely handle tools, equipment, and materials Support the installation team by preparing work areas and maintaining clean, safe sites Adhere to all company health and safety policies and site regulations Represent the company professionally with clients, contractors, and colleagues

What We're Looking For

Full UK driving licence

(essential) Willingness to travel across Ireland and stay away from home when required Reliable, punctual, and eager to learn new skills Physically fit and comfortable with manual work Positive attitude and ability to work well as part of a team Basic practical or construction experience is helpful but

not required
