Join Our Team



You will be one of our Underwriting Administration Support team members and will provide administrative support for Underwriters. You will report to the Manager, Global Underwriting Quality, Control and Support.


Your responsibilities will include:


Administration of underwriting support, including both system registration and handling of wordings. Run reports and perform control validation to ensure underwriting data is consistent. Responsible for Sanctions as a first-line responsibility. Provide general support to all business units regarding corrections or registration (for example, in SICS) Partner with IT and our users to update and develop the systems requirements and enhancements. Responsible for keeping our business partner database up to date, including sanctions. Work to globalize and automate underwriting processes where possible. Train and educate users within the underwriting process. Participate in different projects to represent underwriting. Responsible for some components of the quarterly closing book closing process.

Your skills and abilities should include:

Educated to A-Level standard Previous experience working within insurance and/or reinsurance SICS and/or Bridger experience Effective knowledge of Microsoft office products Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships and team working skills Good organisational skills, methodical and with the ability to focus on detail Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
