About the role



Support with personal care needs on an individual basis recognising choice, ability and diversity. Dispense and administer medication to residents following successful completion of training and competencies. Recognise and actively encourage the importance of social activity in a person's day. Mentor and lead a team within the home on best practice; demonstrating what good care and support looks like. Understand the importance of a person's life history and incorporate this into the daily care needs

About you

Experience in the care sector is essential Previous line management responsibilities are desirable Achieved or are working towards Diploma Level 3 in Health and Social Care Enthusiastic, friendly and passionate about working with older people Excellent communication skills, able to work on own initiative
