About the Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated

Unit Manager

to join our care team in IP25. This is a fantastic opportunity for a committed nursing professional with proven leadership experience to lead a care unit, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the daily operations of the care unit Supervise, mentor, and support the nursing and care teams Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a seamless care experience Maintain accurate records and ensure effective care planning and delivery

Requirements:

NMC Registered Nurse with valid registration Proven experience as a Nurse Manager or in a similar leadership role within the care sector Strong clinical skills and knowledge Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor staff effectively Commitment to delivering person-centred care
