Job Overview

We are looking for experts in construction, with an understanding of assessment, to mark and provide feedback on university undergraduate student written assignments.

This job is paid per marked assignment, on an associate contract.

Responsibilities

Mark student assignments related to construction topics, using marking rubrics. Provide clear and constructive feedback. Use online platforms to maintain accurate records of marking. Participate in online training sessions to stay updated on assessment criteria and educational practices. Contribute to moderation activities when required to ensure standards are maintained between markers.

Skills

Strong understanding of construction principles, methodologies and industry standards. Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to articulate feedback clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments efficiently. Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines consistently.

Other details

Markers are paid per script/assignment - rates confirmed at appointment. Markers will work remotely, no office attendance required.

Job Types: Part-time, Freelance

Pay: 2,000.00-8,000.00 per year
