Role: University Nights Library Administrator

Shift Pattern: 22:45pm 07:45 am (36 hours a week, 4 on, 3 off)

Pay rate: 12.60 Per hour

Location: Canterbury, CT2

Administrator

duties:

Access control and keeping access / egress records Maintenance of logbooks and registers Notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them Keeping track of the people arriving for appointments and when they leave the building Answering phone calls and responding appropriately to the callers needs Dealing with visitors and their requests Receive and pass on mail deliveries. Assist visitors when leaving the premises, e.g. arrange taxis Answer alarms and investigate disturbances Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and other persons to guard against theft and maintain security of your premises Contact the police or fire departments in cases of emergency Check alarm circuits and ensure the alarm system is functioning properly Monitor and adjust controls that regulate building systems, such as air conditioning, furnace Assisting with book returns?
