Unqualified Childcare Practitioner 9.30am 2.30pm Mon Fri Term Time
Job Description
No experience necessary, just a willingness to learn from our experienced team.
Duties:
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children in your care
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and educational programs
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and rest periods
- Assist with feeding, nappy chamging, and toileting as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the childcare area
- Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise
Skills:
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting is essential
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and coworkers
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
Note: CPR and First Aid certification will be required or preferred for this position. Training provided
Applicants must hold an enhanced DBS or be willing to obtain one
