Unqualified Electrician / Junior Electrical Operative

Lincolnshire, Peterborough, Nottingham (travel within 1hr, occasionally up to 2hrs)

We are looking for a motivated and practical individual to join us as an

Unqualified Electrician

. This role is perfect for someone who has some hands-on electrical experience or a strong interest in becoming a qualified electrician. If you enjoy problem-solving, working with tools, and developing new skills, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance under the guidance of our qualified electricians Carry out basic electrical tasks such as fitting sockets, lighting, and minor wiring work Support wider multi-trade tasks on-site where needed Follow health & safety procedures and always work safely Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally Travel to job sites within approximately a 1-hour radius (occasional 2-hour travel)

Requirements:

Some practical electrical experience OR a strong willingness to learn the trade Full UK driving licence (essential) Own basic hand tools (specialist electrical tools can be provided) Ability to work independently and as part of a team No formal electrical qualifications required -- training and support will be provided
