We are looking for a

Nursery Assistant

to join our welcoming and supportive nursery team in Putney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for childcare and early years education to work in a professional environment where children can learn, play, and grow every day.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality childcare and early years education Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework Work closely with colleagues to create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment Build positive relationships with children and their families Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times
Hours

3 or 4 days per week (27-36 hours) Shifts between 8:00am - 6:00pm (with 1-hour break) Days must include Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday Permanent, year-round position

About You

At least 1 year of childcare or nursery experience

Knowledge of EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures Passionate about working with children and supporting their development Strong communication and teamwork skills Right to work in the UK is essential
