Salary: Up to 12.21/hr (25,396pa DOE) | 4-5 Days | Permanent Full-Time

We're seeking a motivated

Nursery Assistant

to join our friendly, nature-focused nursery near

Reading, Berkshire

. Work with children aged 6 months to 5 years in a calm, supportive environment that encourages confidence, curiosity, and independence.

Requirements:

1+ year childcare/nursery experience Enthusiasm for outdoor learning Strong communication skills Driver preferred (due to rural location) Eligible to work in the UK
