From 25,396 per annum based on experience.

Working Hours:

Monday - Friday - 40 hours per week

About our Nursery

Our semi-rural location in Berkhamsted, conveniently located just 5 minutes from the A41 and 10 minutes from the train station, the nursery is on the outskirts of Berkhamsted village with ample parking for the team. It is the perfect backdrop for a nursery that focuses on the natural environment and learning opportunities within it. What Your Role Involves

As a valued member of our team, you'll:


Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive. Plan and deliver engaging, play-based activities aligned with the EYFS framework. Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues. Monitor and celebrate children's development milestones, keeping records to share with parents. Support the day-to-day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
