We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join our two preschool teams.
We are looking for a candidate who can attend both settings, in Two mile ash and Old farm park. Contracted hours are 9-12am or 9-3pm for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will have a good background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the development of children aged 2-4 years. As an Early Years Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early learning experiences of our children, ensuring they are happy, safe, and engaged.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging educational programmes that promote learning through play. Provide high-quality childcare and ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care. Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships. Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records of their progress. Manage daily routines and activities within the nursery setting, ensuring a smooth operation. Lead by example, demonstrating best practices in early years education and childcare. Collaborate with other educators to create a cohesive learning environment. Drive initiatives that enhance the educational experience for children.

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. A genuine passion for nurturing children's development through play-based learning. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to take initiative when required. A valid driving licence is advantageous for traveling between the two sites.
