About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Upgrades Advisor to help patients choose the most suitable

dental package upgrade

. You will be speaking to warm leads - patients who have already shown interest - and guiding them through improved package options.

Key Responsibilities

Make inbound and outbound calls discussing dental package upgrades. Convert warm leads into upgraded plan members. Explain package features, savings, and benefits clearly. Update CRM records accurately. Achieve monthly upgrade and sales targets.

Skills & Experience

Strong communication and consultative sales skills.

Previous sales experience preferred.

Confident explaining pricing and treatment benefits. Target-driven with a positive, engaging manner.
