The Role
As an
Uprise Sales Associate
, you'll be the face of our brand. You'll inspire, guide, and support riders of all levels--whether they're buying their very first bike or upgrading to their dream ride. You'll help shape a store experience that's memorable, fun, and absolutely world-class.
What You'll Be Doing
Delivering
outstanding customer service

Staying on top of the

Creating a warm,
welcoming atmosphere

Taking care of
stock management
--from deliveries to system updates, accuracy matters.
Making sure products are displayed at their best, showcasing the

Handling
POS transactions
with confidence, whether it's sales, refunds, or exchanges.
Championing
sustainability
--recycling and reducing waste wherever possible.
Keeping the store looking sharp--clean, tidy, and organised.
Following
Health & Safety guidelines
to keep the team and customers safe.
Flexing to support the team's needs--no two days are the same, and you'll thrive on the variety.
