Job Description

Are you an experienced uPVC Doors & Windows Fabricator with a minimum of 1 years' experience in an uPVC Doors & Windows Fabrication based role? Do you possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety ofuPVC Doors & Windows Systems, predominantly, Rehau, Linear, Selecta? You will be responsible for all Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, gasketing, of uPVC Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows.

Duties will involve: Fabrication, inclusive of hanging, beading, gasketing, of uPVC Frames, i.e. Doors, Windows, Curtain Wall To ensure the manufacturing schedule is achieved as quickly and efficiently as possible in order to meet targets and deadlines. Use of various machinery i.e. Punch Tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router, Pillar Drill Provide Technical Support, to both the uPVC Fabrication Team, and the overall business Assisting with incoming goods deliveries To ensure all Internal Maintenance is performed daily and reporting all Maintenance issues to Line Manager To ensure that 5S Housekeeping is adhered to and maintained Provide QC Inspections on Deliveries and 'Work in Progress'
The candidate should:

You should possess a high degree of product knowledge in a variety of uPVC Doors & Windows Systems, predominantly, Rehau, Linear, Selecta Systems. Have a minimum of 1 years' experience in an uPVC Fabrication based role Be able to prioritise and organise work efficiently and effectively. Be driven to achieve objectives, regardless of problems. Be energetic and enthusiastic, proactively offering proposals. Achieve team objectives. Transmit information in a clear, concise and confident manner. Be consistent, accurate and ensure that procedures are followed.

Reporting to the Production Manager, your role involves utilizing core skills such as hand tools, Mitre Saw, Copy Router etc to create precise components. Your expertise in uPVC Fabrication and Assembly knowledge will enhance the efficiency and quality of our operations. Additionally, your basic maths skills will aid in accurate measurements and assembly processes.
