We specialize in web development, digital marketing, branding, and software solutions for clients worldwide. We're now hiring a motivated and experienced Upwork Bidder to help us expand our international client base.

Position Overview:

We're looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder / Business Development Executive with 1-1.5 years of proven experience in generating business through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, or similar platforms. This is a remote, night-shift, target-based position for candidates based in Karachi, Pakistan.

Compensation:

This position is initially Commission-Based for the first 2-3 months (probation period) -- offering an excellent earning potential for high performers. After successful performance evaluation, a fixed monthly salary + performance bonuses will be offered. The better you perform, the more you earn!

Shift Timing:

Night Shift (Remote Work) -- 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)

Key Responsibilities:

Write and submit customized proposals on Upwork and other platforms, identify client requirements, communicate and close deals, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain daily reports of proposals and conversions.

Requirements:

1-1.5 years of bidding experience, strong understanding of IT & digital marketing services, excellent English communication, result-oriented attitude, and must be based in Karachi.
