Urdu Support Worker - Use Your Life Experience to Make a Difference.

Are you someone who enjoys helping others and wants to give something back to the community?

At Enrych, we're looking for caring, reliable people to join us as Support Workers - helping adults with disabilities, poor mental health, or those who are feeling isolated to live independently and feel more connected.

This role is ideal for people aged 50+ who are retired, semi-retired, or looking for work with a real purpose.

What does this role involve?

You'll work one-to-one supporting people in their daily lives - this might include:

- Accompanying someone to a community group or appointment

- Supporting with confidence building or social activities

- Encouraging independence and reducing loneliness

No personal care is involved, and you'll be matched to individuals based on shared interests, availability and personality.

What we're looking for:

We value people with life experience, patience and a caring nature. You don't need formal qualifications or care experience - we provide full training and support.
