Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Carers Assistants and Home Help workers for both part-time and full-time positions. The successful candidates will provide essential support to individuals requiring assistance with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being. Experience in assisted living, patient care, or related fields is highly desirable. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals, including seniors and those with specialised care needs such as dementia or Alzheimer's. All roles are paid positions, reflecting the importance of your contribution.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming Support with medication administration following prescribed guidelines Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements Aid with mobility and transfer activities, including heavy lifting if necessary Provide companionship and emotional support to minimise feelings of loneliness Manage behaviour and implement care plans for clients with dementia or Alzheimer's Drive clients safely to appointments or social activities as required Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to supervisors Support with household chores such as cleaning, laundry, and organising daily routines

Experience

Prior experience in assisted living, nursing homes, or home care settings is preferred but not essential experience in providing home help services is beneficial but not essential Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and perform physically demanding tasks Valid driving license is desirable for transportation duties. Demonstrated compassion, patience, and excellent communication skills.
