Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic team member for our catering team (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 3.00pm).

This is not a front of house position, candidates must have catering experience

Duties include:

Corporate catering and food preparation (both raw and cooked) and presentation to a high quality

Use of heat plates and heating equipment

Checking temperatures and completing records

Clearing and maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen areas and ensuring counters are adequately stocked

Comply with all HACCP regulations as necessary and Health, Safety & Hygiene Standards

Checking and putting away deliveries

Any other duties as required by the Management Team

Qualifications/ Experience:

Essential: 2 years previous experience of working in a busy restaurant environment

Excellent communication and time management skills

Applicants must have the ability to work as part of a busy team as well as on own initiative
